The child that the Lehigh Valley Baseball League will support in 2019 through Dream Come True is Silas, a wonderful 8 year old boy was diagnosed with Leukemia.

Silas contracted the flu in January 2018. He wasn't feeling very good for over a week, then he began to have leg pains that came and went. At times he couldn't walk. He then developed a high fever and was taken to the ER where blood work showed he had Leukemia. 

Silas receives chemotherapy once per month and is moving forward. His hobbies are camping, fishing and building with Legos.  He loves marvel comics and movies. He likes the Giants, Phillies and the Iron Pigs.   

He has a picture of Las Vegas in his room from a trip his parents went on. He really wants to see a magic show in Las Vegas and then visit the Grand Canyon. With love and support Silas's dream will be fulfilled in September 2019.

Silas and his family will be attending the Lehigh Valley Baseball League All-Star Game at Coca-Cola Park on Saturday, July 20, 2019 at 12pm.
