2022 Manager's of the Year

The Manager of the Year Award is awarded to the top managers leaguewide in a given season, as voted on by the League's Managers. To say thanks for their continued efforts in providing great baseball experiences for everyone, all managers are automatically nominated for the award.

2022 Managers of the Year AAA Division- Jose Berrios, LV Cardinals

Congratulations Jose Berrios on a fantastic job Managing the 2022 Lehigh Valley Cardinals in the AAA Division. Back to Back Championships in a very tough division is hard to accomplish.

2022 Managers of the Year AA Division- Thomas Bonilla, LV Angles

“I think team of the year is a much more suitable title for this recognition award. We have a roster of team first guys, who have greatly sacrificed for our team to be where it is today. I picked each of these men to go to battle with because I know their hearts and they have never let me down. I’m very appreciative for the opportunity to give these men a platform to showcase their talent and character. This award is a reflection of our team as a whole and the support systems we have.

I’d like to thank anyone who calls themselves a supporter of The Lehigh Valley Angels from the bottom of my heart, we would be just another team without you. To my family in particular you’ve given me so many tools that I contribute our success to and I love making you guys proud. To all Angels players who have moved on from Men’s league baseball I know the next chapters of your journey will be even greater and you will always be a brother of mine. Let’s keep this going! Go Halos!”

Thommy Bonilla is a class act, tough competator and deserves credit for creating and Managing the Lehigh Valley Angels. The Premier Divsion welcome him and his team in 2023. Congradulations Thommy.
